Welcome to Creating Memories Photography!
My name is Crystal Wever. I have enjoyed the art of photography for many years. From the moment I enrolled in my first photography class in high school, I was intrigued by all of the aspects involved in the art of photography. After graduation I accepted a job at Sears portrait studio, where I gained valuable real-world experience in taking portraits. My career continued at K-Mart and Wal Mart portrait studios.
I took time away from work when my family started to grow but I never gave up on my love for photography. Family members and friends often asked me to photograph their weddings, family reunions and other events.
I then decided it was time to focus on my career, and went back to school (Southeast Community College) to learn every aspect of photography. After I completed my education, I decided the time had come to pursue my hobby and favorite pastime as as a career. I now get to do what I love while still remaining involved with my family every day.
